Dream Catchers Foundation

Mission Statement

Dream Catchers Foundation is a 501c3 Organization that empowers the next generation of leaders by providing youth, especially in underserved communities, with access to education in business, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. Through innovative programs and hands-on learning, we aim to equip young people with the skills and knowledge to build successful careers and create sustainable businesses. In tandem, we are committed to addressing health disparities by promoting health education, access to resources, and community support. We believe that by fostering both economic and physical well-being, we can create a brighter, healthier future for all.

Dream Catchers Foundation Pillars

Dream Catchers Foundation has evolved providing additional services in underserved communities. With a continuous focus on teaching and educating in underserved communities Dream Catchers Foundation also works with youth and adults that are at a high-risk for HIV.

We continue to provide support and educational tools around financial literacy, budgeting, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial skills. We have built onto those services by adding support and advocacy in at risk communities with a focus on HIV.

Program 2

Forward into Positive Action

Forward into Positive Action helps to reduce the stigma, improve access, and resources in communities that are disproportionately impacted by HIV. It is heavily focused on advocacy for young people living with HIV and black men that identify as gay, bisexual, queer, or transgender living with HIV. We provide support, advocacy, and educational tools through community action. We join forces with organizations with common goals and through partnerships. The priority is to provide resources and gain access that will support a healthy lifestyle. Forward into Positive Action uses media, television, and community partnerships to educate.
