Who’s The Boss?

Are you a boss? This question is easy for most of us to answer because we are natural leaders. However, I will say this, a boss knows when to listen, when to speak, and when to follow. Being a boss is not all about being the leader in every movement. A real boss knows when to lead and when to follow. A real boss knows and understands that they will never know it all. A real boss is always learning and growing. I like to think of a real boss as someone who Builds up their team, provides Opportunities for those around them, creatives a Secure and creative environment, and Seals the deal. So are you a BOSS?
