Maintaining a business is oftentimes more difficult than starting a business. Maintenance is required on homes, cars, and relationships. Guess what… maintenance is also required for a business. Your business will need a tune-up from time to time and new plays to remain competitive. Maintenance also requires fresh eyes. When you have fresh eyes they are able to see what is missing or going wrong much faster than the same old eyes.
Processes are meant to change and evolve. As a business is being maintained it will require all processes to be reviewed and the majority of the time the process needs to be adjusted for improvement or tweaked just a little for better traction. This is all apart of maintaining a business. I suggest there be quarterly reviews of the processes that are being used and the people that are implementing those processes.
