Without a budget, before you start your business will face financial hardship or failure unless you already have millions to lose. You are only as good as your team and as strong as your weakest teammate. Placing the right people around you and your business always yields the best results. Last, but certainly not least there must be a marketing and branding plan in place. Without this, no one will know what service you provide or the product you are selling.
