As you take the journey of entrepreneurship you have to ask yourself are you truly a CEO? Do you have what it takes to create a business that will take care of a need and can you put a competitive price tag on that need? The answer is within YOU. We all have a gift and talent but we are not all natural leaders. We are not all naturally self-starters. We are not all equipped to do the work required for success. As a CEO I can tell you that being a BOSS requires long hours, sweat, sometimes tears, and the ability to say NO (sometimes HELL NO). Being a CEO requires a shifting of gears and a focus that can not be disturb.

What you do not hear often enough is a CEO has to be able to connect with people. People are more likely to purchase something from someone they can connect with. My largest asset as a CEO is, I am relatable and touchable. In my businesses, I am able to connect with my management team, employees, and customers. Because of this, I am able to yield the best customer service and financial results. You must determine your largest asset and use it. Focus on your strengths and place people around you that are good at your weaknesses. Let me know your thoughts! Comment below! @raquelrt3
